The Nationwide Self-Service Photo app allows users to take and submit photos of their vehicle to Nationwide in the event of an accident. The app is free to download but standard data rates apply as per the user’s data plan. The app requires access to the user’s smartphone camera, and GPS geolocation capabilities must be enabled. Users must have a valid claim number from Nationwide Insurance and should have received an email or text message with claim information needed to fully utilize this app.
