This Icrm is cutting edge Application that automates the Ticket/Feedback /Enquiry/Suggestion generation thereby making it easier to resolve the issue raised by The User. The application cuts down the need for resources and also saves time .

1. Generates the Ticket on users cue and forwards that to its relevant parties for redressal.

2. In built Escalation System . If user raises an issue if not resolved in meantime , automatically escalates to next level user.

3. In built Chat ,User can chat directly to the higher authority chat messenger in App

4. User is able to receive Notification , or order from higher authority directly .in app.
