Monitoring and Evaluation of program activities/staff is a strong point of this PC-I. For this purpose, a post of Additional Director Monitoring has been introduced with the staff of FPOs, Social Organizers and Lady Health Supervisors and their job descriptions have already described and approved which are the part of this PC-I.

Third Party Evaluation of 24/7 Health Facilities data through MEAs (CMs Road Map Team) and Provincial Monitoring Officers.

Quarterly Audits of MEAs identified facility delivery data.

Delivery Data confirmation through EVACC 2.

Monthly District Meetings of MNCH referral Coordinators Program.

Provincial Monitors (PMOs) they are introduced by PSPU to coordinate with EDO(H) and PMU.
