Marco has been involved in the fish and chip industry his whole life since helping his father after school and at weekends since the age of 8. So when the opportunity arose to buy his father’s old business in Clifton Village he had no choice but to go for it. That was 11 years ago. Earlier this year he decided it was time to give Clifton Village Fish Bar a makeover and heavily invest in state of the art equipment. He also decided it was time to expand and there was born Stoke Bishop Fish Bar in an area where Marco grew up and still lives with his family.

It is our aim to provide our customers with the finest fish and chips as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere making a truly memorable experience. We do this by using the best quality and freshest ingredients. With daily preparation, our strict quality control and attention to detail we can guarantee perfection every time. Our staff are highly trained in customer care and food hygiene resulting in a professional, friendly and well informed team.
