Welcome to BeCalm: an app created with the purpose of easing one’s day to day worry, anxiety,

and stress, by providing useful and simple methods to deal with one’s anxiety. BeCalm is an

experience like no other. From distracting mini games, inspiring music, to soothing meditations,

BeCalm presents the unique experience of being able to explore and understand the flurry of

stress and anxiety circulating our minds.

What BeCalm does

BeCalm provides you with four different ways to ease your stress:

* Music: Users can connect to the Spotify app and listen to custom-made playlists meant to both

relax and inspire the mind.

* Fun: A “tap the tile” mini game designed to distract you from your worries while

simultaneously engaging you in an entertaining activity

* Coloring: Color mandalas and other unique designs to focus on a specific task and channel

your energy into a positive experience.

* Meditations: How stressed are you? Depending on your level of anxiety, there are four

different medications, created by yoga teacher Krista Miller, provided for you.
