How does Alô Barueri work?

APP - Alô Barueri is a channel of communication between the population and the General Ombudsman of the Municipality. Through it the citizen can register compliment, complaint, complaint, service, suggestion and request information.

To send is simple, in the first access touch the settings menu (gear icon) and save the basic information (name, phone, email, etc). Now in three simple steps, record your request:

1. Select the desired area: Education, Health, Security, Housing, Transportation and Mob. Urban, Environment, Sports and Culture or Social and Government;

2. Select the desired theme: praise, complaint, complaint, service, suggestion or information.

3. Enter the location, send the photo / video, make a brief description and select whether or not you want to keep it, touch the Send button and you're done, the Ombudsman already receives the registration!

The citizen will receive in his e-mail the protocol of his registration and an alert when the answer of the Ombudsman's office is available in the portal, where inclusive, he will be able to access the history of all his requests.

It is the General Ombudsman's Office of the Municipality of Barueri connecting the citizen to the municipal services in a practical and safe way, debureaucratizing the attendance, contributing to a Smart City.
