35010 Fuerza & Salud, was created to change training standards and re-educate athletes to improve their physical condition, using strength as a fundamental quality.

Leaving machinery aside, we have focused our training on body weight and movement, aided by training tools that simply help you better target your body effort. Do you know that training in a sports center without gym machines is very beneficial for your body?

To help you in our training center, we have arranged different sports tools that will help us complement the training routines. Among them, you will find some well-known ones such as the medicine ball, the "bench press" bench and dumbbells... fundamentally for strength training.

As experts in sports health, we can assure you that gym machines are very safe, but training without them is even better.
