How to play 101 Okey Vip game without internet:

Okey 101 is played in multiple rounds with four players. The aim of this game is to finish the game with as few points as possible. The player with the least points at the end of all rounds is the winner of the game. Points are determined by the numbers on the remaining tiles (example: a red 3 = three points, a black 11 = 11 points). The game may end when there are no more tiles left to draw from the deck, or it may end when one of the players completes their hand.

Getting Started with the Game:

After a player is determined as the dealer, the dealer distributes 21 stones to each player and gives 22 stones to the one on his right arm. While the remaining stones remain upside down on the table, one stone remains open. This open piece determines the joker (OKEY piece). The game is played counterclockwise. The game begins with the person on the right side of the person distributing tiles, who has 22 tiles in his hand, and this player throws a tile without drawing a tile. Then the one to his right plays. Each player on his turn either draws a tile from the deck or takes the last tile thrown by the previous player. After drawing a tile, if the total of the series in his hand reaches 101, the player can open his hand (puts the series he has arranged on the table). When the player opens his hand, he puts the series in his hand on the table next to the other series tiles. If the player cannot open a tile on the table, he ends his turn by throwing a tile on the table. The player whose turn it is to play must complete his turn by throwing a stone on the table, and even if he opens his entire hand, he has to throw his last stone on the table.

Joker (Okey Stone or Riziko):

The stone that determines the joker (okey stone) changes in each game. Two joker tiles (also called fake jokers) represent the number one higher than the face-up tile. Jokers have a different appearance than other standard pieces. The numbers on real jokers (each tile can be a joker "rokey tile" in different games depending on the opened tile) are represented by 'fake jokers'. For example, if the indicator piece is a blue 5, the real jokers are the two blue 6s in play. Joker tiles (fake jokers) are valued as blue 6.

Deals and Showing Hands:

You must have at least 101 points to open a hand. To open a hand, you must have 3 or 4 sets of different colors with the same numbers (for example, black 5, red 5 and a blue 5) or a sequential set of numbers of the same colors (for example, red 7,8,9). There must be a minimum of 3 stones in a set. In order to add tiles to the existing opened tiles, the player must reach the minimum number of 101 and open his hand. You can both open your hand and add to other opened sets during the same game. If the player takes the stone thrown by the previous player, he has to use the stone he took. If the player who receives this thrown stone has not opened his hand yet, he must open his hand when he receives this stone and this received stone must be used in one of the sets he opened. This taken stone is not allowed to remain on the cue in your hand. If this tile cannot be used to create a set or open a hand, this tile is put back in its place and a tile is drawn from the deck. No penalty points will be given for this mistake.

Doubles:

Another way to open the hand is to accumulate at least five pairs of tiles. What is understood from the pair is that they are two similar stones. If the player opens a game by going double once, he cannot open a normal set again in this game. However, he can add tiles to the sets on the table opened by other players.
