All transaction information is encrypted and transmitted securely so that it cannot be forged or altered.

■ Precautions

- You cannot use the Post Office Insurance (Itda Insurance) service on a terminal whose OS has been altered (rooted).

- Data charges may apply depending on the mobile carrier plan you are using.

- The post office will never ask you to enter the entire security card number.

- Do not keep the security card as a file, such as by photographing it or entering it into the app.

Optional access rights allow you to use the service even if you do not agree to the access rights, but there are restrictions on the use of some functions.

If the OS is lower than Android 9.0, it is not possible to set access rights, and all access rights are set as required, without optional access rights.
