The Citizen AI Agent is an AI-based smart assistant that launches various apps with just voice commands.

Without complex smartphone screen manipulation, you can accomplish your desired tasks with just a single word.

Voice Command Recognition

It receives and understands the user's voice and automatically launches the desired app.

Autonomous App Execution

You can directly navigate to the required screen by manipulating Seoul City public apps (Sonmok Doctor 9988, Seoul Companion Map, and Disabled Person Call Taxi).

AI Screen Understanding

The AI ​​analyzes the screen of the launched app and autonomously determines and executes the next necessary action.

Usage Log Management

To ensure service stability and reliability, all execution processes are securely stored as logs.

🔒 Privacy Protection

Login: Supports Google and Kakao simple login

Data collected: Age, gender, voice commands, app execution logs, screen information (AccessibilityNode)

Protection: Data is encrypted and stored securely, and is managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

🔔 Accessibility Service Usage Notice

The Citizen AI Agent uses the Accessibility Service API. This feature is designed to help users who have difficulty navigating small text or complex screens (e.g., elderly, low vision, or those with limited upper or hand mobility) easily use the app using voice commands.

Purpose: Recognizes and selects screen elements based on voice commands, automatically performing essential operations such as button clicks, scrolling, and screen transitions.

Processing Information: Screen element information (AccessibilityNode) is used to perform tasks, with only the minimum information necessary.

Non-Collection/Non-Usage Items: Sensitive information such as passwords, payment information, and personal message text is not collected, stored, or sold. Key input monitoring or background tracking is not used for advertising or analytics purposes.

User Consent and Control: Accessibility services can be explicitly enabled/disabled by users in Settings > Accessibility and can be withdrawn at any time.
