The application - ZoZPP, is a powerful tool - a constructor that will help protect the rights of the buyer, i.e. Almost every one of us has to correctly state and record on paper our demands to the seller - make a claim. Which ultimately contributes to the restoration of the consumer’s right to return goods.

The application contains a constructor with which you can independently, using the information you know about the seller and the defective product/service, make a claim.

The application has no relation to government authorities.
