My favorite novel, Bulgakov

"White Guard" Mikhail Bulgakov called the favorite of his own works. Perhaps because of the events that he experienced in reality in 1918-1919, and which bright colors are etched in his memory. Maybe because of the main characters - a family of turbines - are prototypes of his own beloved family. And maybe because of the house №13, «Alekseevskogo" (St. Andrew's) descent Town (hometown of Kyiv), and all the dear to the hearts of a brilliant writer.

Now "The White Guard" - is particularly topical novel. It tells us the events are repeated with remarkable accuracy: in the same Kiev, nearly 100 years later ...
